Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final. Please review this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

No Refunds or Returns

• We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been confirmed, collected, or delivered.

• Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect item selection

  • Delayed delivery caused by third-party couriers

  • Failure to collect pickup orders within the stated timeframe

Exceptions – Faulty or Incorrect Items Only

Refunds or replacements will be considered only in the event that:

• The item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

To qualify:

• You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup.

• Clear photographic evidence of the item and packaging must be provided.

• Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted.

Approved cases will be resolved through a replacement or refund, at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

• Pet food, treats, supplements, and consumables

• Medications and prescription products

• Grooming, hygiene, and health-related items

Delivery and Pickup Responsibility

• Orders collected via store pickup or delivered through third-party couriers are deemed successfully fulfilled once handed over.

• Responsibility and risk transfer to the customer at the time of pickup or courier handover.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

• Customers agree to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

• Chargebacks raised for fulfilled orders may be disputed using delivery confirmation, pickup records, and communication logs.

• Abuse of chargebacks may result in refusal of future orders.

Governing Law

This policy is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
