By accessing and using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Orders and Payments

  • All prices are listed in AED unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment must be completed in full at checkout before an order is processed.

  • By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount, including applicable taxes and delivery fees.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Business Hours

  • Our operating hours are daily from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

  • Orders placed outside operating hours will be processed on the next business day.

Store Pickup

  • Pickup orders are prepared within 30 minutes during operating hours.

  • Customers are responsible for collecting their orders during business hours.

  • Orders not collected within 48 hours may be cancelled or restocked without refund unless otherwise agreed.

Delivery (Third-Party Courier – Jeebly)

  • Delivery services are fulfilled through Jeebly, a third-party courier provider.

  • Delivery time estimates are provided by Jeebly and are not guaranteed.

  • Once an order is handed over to the delivery partner, ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer.

  • We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or service interruptions caused by third-party couriers.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

  • By completing a purchase, you agree to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

  • Chargebacks initiated for successfully delivered or collected orders may be disputed with evidence including order confirmation, delivery confirmation, and communication records.

  • Abuse of chargebacks may result in order refusal or account restriction.

Returns and Refunds

  • Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

  • Non-returnable items include consumables, pet food, treats, supplements, medications, and hygiene products.

  • Refunds will not be issued for orders that have been collected or successfully delivered unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Product Information

  • Product descriptions and images are provided for informational purposes only.

  • We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, however slight variations in packaging or appearance may occur.

Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the product purchased.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on this website.
