Shipping & Pickup Policy

We offer store pickup and local delivery within the UAE.

Store Pickup 

  • Pickup is available daily from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

  • Orders placed after 8:00 PM will be prepared the next day from 10:00 AM.

  • You will receive a confirmation once your order is ready for collection.

Pickup location: Hope Veterinary Clinic – Abu Dhabi

Local Delivery (via Jeebly)

  • Delivery orders are fulfilled through Jeebly.

  • Orders placed between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM are dispatched the same day, subject to Jeebly rider availability.

  • Orders placed after 8:00 PM will be processed and dispatched the next business day.

  • Estimated delivery time typically ranges from 1–3 hours, depending on location and demand.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or rider availability.

Delivery Fees

  • Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and Jeebly rates.

  • Any promotional free-delivery offers will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Important Notes

  • Delays caused by Jeebly or circumstances beyond our control are not our responsibility, but we will always assist in resolving any issues.

  • For urgent orders, we recommend store pickup for the fastest service.
